Careers module 1

Internal initiatives

Gaming is a wonderful thing but when it comes to the environment and social issues, it’s far from perfect. We set up two internal programmes to improve the lives of our employees, our client relationships and the wider gaming world. Both initiatives are autonomous and benefit from dedicated time and budgets, because we don’t see them as extracurricular, we see them as central.

Sustainability Programme

We believe that our own planet should be treated as carefully as the worlds we dive into.

What we’ve done so far:

  • Calculate emissions for every campaign and offering lower carbon proposals to our clients
  • Climate Fresque training for all employees
  • Introduced eco-friendly solutions for transport and food

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Programme

We want gamers to be as diverse and welcoming as the worlds we dive into.

What we’ve done so far:

  • Full restructure of recruitment process to ensure inclusivity
  • Sexism Fresque training for all employees
  • Charity and NGO partnerships with Women In Games France and Viens Voir Mon Taf
  • More than just a place to work, Biborg is a place where your happiness matters and your talents are valued.
